Sox Jet-lagged

April 15th, 2008 · No Comments

After some goodwill exibition games with the Hanshin Tigers and Yomiuri Giants and splitting a short, two game set with the A’s at the Tokyo Dome in Japan the Sox headed back to familiar soil for a few more exibitions games. then on to another two game series against each other. For players known for their ritualistic behavior this was a most unconventional beginning for a Major League season. The Sox then hopped another plane headed outside of the U.S. border, this time more familiar surroundings at the Sky Dome in Toronto where they were swept by the Blue Jays who have since struggled. I guess jet-lag affects people in the higher tax brackets too!
