    Mike Holmgren with 157 wins, 4 ahead of Gibbs with 153 wins(remember gibbs coached during 2 strike-shortned seasons)

    Marty Schottenhimer lead this category last season when he was active coaching. He has 200 wins, and will be the leader when he gets another job.

    stop saying Belicheck people, were talking about winningest active right now. Holmgren and Gibbs have coached more seasons.
