Ramirez was part of the reason we won but not “the reason” we did. We had him for three years prior and hadn’t won yet. It was our pitching staff that won those championships. We had Schilling, Martinez, Lowe, Arroyo, Foulke, Timlin, and Wakefield for 04, that bullpen and rotation was shut down pitching. In 07 he had a below average year. He definetly was not “the reason” we won. I liked him while he was here but when you quit on your team for front office reasons thats something a baby does

Now the Dodgers can deal with him. Took them long enough to settle with a deal. I miss him but I don’t miss the walking to 1st base on a routine ground ball.
