Fenway originally seated 35,000 fans, making it one of the largest parks when it opened. In the days of less stringent fire laws, fans packed into the park, even standing in the outfield behind ropes. The largest crowd ever at Fenway was over 47,000 for a doubleheader against New York in 1935. Currently the park seats 36,108 for night games and 35,692 for day games.

How do these Fenway Park Seats sound?

c asked:

How’s Grandstand 12, Row 15 sound? I found a pretty good deal, just wondering if anyone knew any bad things about it. I know I can get a view from the sox site already but any other good tips would be great! Thanks!

Also, they are being sold at Ticketsnow, which apparently is owned by ticketmaster. I was wondering if anyone has experience with this company and knows of their reputability.

it is not a bad spot (not the best but good)

here is a chart for seating

(read after looking at chart) as you can see the spot it is in is far back, probably underneath covering

last time I was there I was in section 87. we could touch the bull pin and taunt the other team

there isn’t really a bad seat in the park. you’re up the right field line a bit, but have a great panoramic view of the field.

    have fun at the game.

Not to bad. Nice view of the field. If you think about it. Sometimes being right up close means you can’t see everything.
